- Initial discussions on how you want to revamp your home

- Based on floor plans, our professional consultants will present a rough quotation to suit your requirements

- Upon agreement of the quotation, an appointment fee will be collected

- A site measurement will be arranged

- Measurements and photographs of your home will be taken to ensure accuracy and efficiency

- Based on your tastes and lifestyle, a full set of drawings consisting of the floor plans and perspectives will be proposed

- A full set of material samples will be proposed and discussed according to the design concept of your home

- This will include wood veneer, fabrics, motifs wallpapers and blinds, and any other materials you may require

- Based on your confirmed floor plans, perspective drawings and colour scheme, a final quote will be worked out

- Upon accepting Whiteboard's quote, a 40% deposit will be collected

- Regular on-site checks by our professional designers and consultants will be carried out while the job is in progress

- Site meetings will be held regularly to discuss and fine-tune design concepts

- A 30% progressive payment will be collected

- A final invoice will be issued

- Upon completion, the balance payment will be made
